Noah S. Bender graduated cum laude
from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997,
where he was Executive Editor of the Business Law Journal,
a Moot Court Board member, the recipient of the American
Jurisprudence Book Award and the recipient of the Thompson
Award for course work in First Amendment Law. Mr. Bender
received a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and History
from Franklin & Marshall College in 1990. Prior
to law school, Mr. Bender was a disc jockey for an FM
music station in Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Bender practices primarily in the
areas of product liability, professional liability and
insurance defense. He is admitted in the State of Florida.
He is also admitted in the Southern and Middle Districts
of Florida, as well as the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of
Appeals.
