Sholom Boyer was awarded his Bachelor
of Arts degree in religious education in 1995 from the
Talmudic University of Florida, magna cum laude, and
received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University
of Miami School of Law in 1999. During law school, Mr.
Boyer was a two-time recipient of the CALI Award of
Academic Excellence, made the Dean’s List, served
on the school’s Honor Council and was a member
of the Business Law Review. His legal experience while
in school included internships at the Eleventh Judicial
Circuit’s Public Defender and Guardian Ad Litem
offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Boyer
was an associate at Fischman, Harvey & Dutton, P.A.
He worked primarily with the firm’s Internet Law
Group, focusing on online defamation, privacy, intellectual
property matters and related litigation. During Mr.
Boyer’s tenure at Fischman, Harvey & Dutton,
P.A., he also worked in a variety of other areas of
civil litigation for the firm, including healthcare,
employment, securities, class action and construction
law.
Mr. Boyer practices in the areas of
civil litigation and Internet law.
