Our litigation attorneys continue to have an active trial practice involving a wide range of complex matters. In recent past, our attorneys successfully tried a fraudulent conveyance claim (involving securities fraud) in federal court in Denver, Colorado. We have also represented a leading international duty free company in highly publicized litigation arising from the award of the duty free concession in the world's largest airport.

The firm's media attorneys have successfully defended two high-profile libel matters on behalf of a broadcast client, obtaining final summary judgment in both cases. In December 2003, the firm argued before the Florida Supreme Court in a public records matter.
