And the Defense Wins.
A jury returned a verdict of no liability on a claim brought by a man whose hand was severed as a result of his cleaning a concrete boom. Steven Adamsky and Noah Bender of Mitrani Rynor represented the corporate defendant, and argued to the jury that the unfortunate injury was the result of the plaintiff's own negligence and failure to follow instructions and warnings for the machinery.
