Daniel Bitran focuses his practice in the areas of complex business/corporate litigation, real estate litigation, and professional liability defense. Daniel prides himself on having a client-centric approach to litigation and pre-litigation disputes, focused on attempting to achieve his clients’ strategic interests efficiently and expeditiously.  Daniel has acted as lead counsel or co-lead counsel in multi-million dollar cases involving contracts, alleged legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, directors and officers liability, trade secrets, and business torts, including fraud.

Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Bitran was the recipient of the Excellence for the Future Award from the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction in Real Estate Transactions. In addition, Mr. Bitran was also recognized by inclusion in the Dean’s list. While in law school, Daniel was a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom.  Daniel began his legal career with Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A. as a third-year law student, and has remained at the firm for his entire legal career.
