DFASS Partnership Wins Appeal in Duty Free Dispute at Denver Airport
The District Court of the City and County of Denver, CO has upheld an appeal by DFASS-related companies DIA Retail Fashion LLC and JAF Concessions LLC against an earlier rejection of its challenge to the awarding of the Denver International Airport (DIA) duty free contract to Dufry North America in early 2014.
Isaac Mitrani of Miami-based Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland, P.A., General Counsel for DFASS, told The Moodie Report: "This is a very important victory for DFASS and for transparency of government.
