Mitrani, Rynor Attorneys attend “Comedy Improv” CLE Seminar to improve their oral communication skills.
On June 5th, our firm hosted a different kind of CLE. Working with the experts at Improv Yourself, http://improvyourselfnow.com/, our lawyers were taken through a series of exercises designed to improve their public speaking. Participants were asked to speak extemporaneously on a variety of topics with coaching from the pros on skills including posture, effective eye contact, voice range and modulation. Trial lawyers who pride themselves in persuasive speaking were pleased to find new ways to communicate effectively.
