Steve Adamsky and Eric Sage Obtain Defense Verdicts in Landmark case Against Major Retailer
After a failed attempt by our client to apprehend a shoplifter, the shoplifter and his cohort, jumped into a running car and fled the store at a high rate of speed, striking a car in which one occupant was killed and the other was left brain damaged. Steve and Eric tried this case twice, first defending the death case and then defending the case brought by the individual who had sustained a traumatic brain injury. Steve and Eric obtained DEFENSE VERDICTS IN BOTH cases.
